Live Experiences
Archangel has built an incredible reputation for our live events, where members get to connect on the deepest levels.
For Council members the events are All Inclusive — we cover your meals AND hotel room. You just need to get to the city, and we'll take care of you from there.
Monthly Sessions
Once a month we host a 2-hour Zoom event for Council members. They always take place on the second Friday of the month, from 10am-12pm EST (7am-9am PST).
Each event has a different theme, with topics co-created by conversations with members. Each month members share their 'codes' with us — best practices, ideas, and frameworks that are working for them. And then you can ask for support with your current challenges and opportunities.
We'll often bring in a guest expert for an intimate conversation and Q&A, based on the theme. And you'll get access to replays from our past events and guests.
As a member, you'll have access to the video replays of all these sessions.
Your First 90 Days
The first phase of membership is to book a 1-on-1, 60-minute Destiny Session where Archangel founder Giovanni Marsico will take you through his framework to use your vision for (a) the next 10 years, (b) the next 12 months, and (c) the next 90 days, to co-create a journey together.
He and our team will use this plan for accountability, to determine who in our network to connect you with, and strategies to help you buy back your time and collapse time towards your biggest goals.
We also use your dreams and vision for the year to help co-create which guest experts we bring in for our in person experiences, and for our monthly Zoom mastermind sessions.
You'll feel like the entire Council experience is custom-designed for you — because it is.
We'll also immediately connect you to 3 veteran Council members who can help solve your biggest puzzles right away.

Every quarter, you'll have the opportunity to join a small advisory group called a POD.
Each POD consists of four to five members who meet monthly on Zoom to support each other's growth, and new PODs are formed quarterly so you're able to connect with different members on a regular basis.
Members bring their most important decisions, challenges, and opportunities to the group.
Together you explore ideas, share experience, and provide perspective.
These conversations create trust, clarity, and momentum.
Our team will facilitate the scheduling, Zoom rooms, and calendars — you simply have to show up.
For many members, their POD becomes one of the most valuable parts of the Council experience.
Your POD group will be created based on your biggest priorities for the quarter, and each quarter you'll have the opportunity to go deeper with different members.
